20 Years in the industry and counting!

With critical acclaim for my food from the likes of Jay Rayner, (Guardian) Andy Lynes, (The Times) and Mark Taylor (Bristol Post) as well as previously holding 2AA Rosettes, I know my way around the kitchen, and cant wait to lead The Greyhound from the front!
